Drupalcon Portland is coming up in May and I submitted two talks. Talks are selected by track chairs after reading the abstract and getting feedback from the community via comments on the talk's page. - Programming Diversity - discusses the lack of diversity in our communities, the cause, and what we can do to correct the problem.
- Must Have 10+ Years People Experience - A light hearted self-examination of our people skills (or lack there of) and how we can improve them to make our coworkers, fellow community members, and our selves hate us less.
